Nice blog! Resources like these are super helpful in the area given the lack of other online information. It might be worth updating this one, though – there is now just one regional bus station for buses going north AND south from Tirana. I took the bus to Saranda today. The ticket guy told me they built this new regional terminal about a month ago. It’s easy to find on Google Maps and by casaitalia shopping center.
